Improv Everywhere#8217;s latest #8220;mission#8221; is a do-over of their 2003 #8220;Ted#8217;s Birthday#8221; mission. #8220;Agents#8221; show up at a bar and throw an impromptu party for an unsuspecting patron, calling him Ted and acting as if they#8217;re all old friends.
